The recognition of poker as a mind sport was widely celebrated by the Brazilian community. Responsible for this historic achievement, the World Poker Federation held a grand party at the WTC Sheraton, the venue for yet another edition of the BSOP Millions.
Personalities from music, sports, the internet and poker were present at the event. Podpah hosts Mítico and Igão were in charge of providing lightness and relaxation.
The presence of MC WM was also greatly celebrated by the public, who also had the chance to enjoy all the attractions alongside sportspeople of the caliber of Marcelo Vieira, ex-Real Madrid, the captain of the Brazilian women’s football team Tamires, tennis player Bruno Soares and fighters Anderson Berinja and Lila Furtad.
Protagonists of the victory with IMSA, Ueltom Lima, Alberoni “Bill”, Devanir Campos, Lara Bruno, Igor Federal, (President of WPF), Leonardo Toddasso (CEO of WPF) and Roberto Lifas (Marketing Director of WPF) told all the details to journalists Bruno Laurence and Mariana Spinelli, who are also passionate about poker.
