Brazil leads WPF achievement with IMSA

 “It is with enormous satisfaction and great expectations that we unanimously approve poker as part of the Mind Sports family”, declared Madame Zelan Chen, president of IMSA.

At the end of 2022, the hard work of more than a decade was rewarded by the International Mind Sports Association (IMSA), which granted approval to poker and the World Poker Federation (WPF). In this way, poker comes to be considered a sport like chess, bridge, checkers, go, among others.
