The Basque Association of Oware and Strategic Games is committed to promoting strategic board games and poker throughout the Basque region, located within the Basque Country, an autonomous region of Spain. Founded in 2013, the association has been actively organizing regular board game gatherings and, since 2022, dedicated poker events.

Our community, comprising approximately 16 to 32 players, meets two to three times a month to enjoy friendly and competitive table games, including poker. We host a bi-monthly poker tournament and the annual Basque Poker Championship each December.

Renowned for its welcoming atmosphere and strong community spirit, the association is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of strategic games, creating a vibrant space for both enthusiasts and newcomers.
