The PFCR represents the Czech Republic in the World Poker Federation. Our intention is to develop and organise poker as a sport in the Czech Republic. To build a robust organisational structure that is closely linked to education not only in poker but also in financial literacy, psychology and other aspects of the game.

Our vision is to create a sustainable system accessible to all ages in the long term because of its undeniable influence on the development of strategic, analytical and critical thinking.

At the same time, the Czech Republic may become the first country in Europe where a legislator would view poker as a sport. Despite the high level of over-regulation that exists in Europe, this change can be achieved with minimal interference in the current legislation.
