Ueltom brings extensive experience in poker governance and institutional leadership. He served for eight years as President of the Confederação Brasileira de Texas Hold’em (CBTH), playing a central role in the development and consolidation of organized poker in Brazil. His leadership helped strengthen the national structure of the game and contributed to the foundation for broader international coordination.

Beyond his institutional work, Ueltom is an entrepreneur and CEO at Grupo H2, one of Brazil’s leading entertainment and gaming groups. This combination of governance experience and business leadership strengthens WPF’s ability to engage stakeholders with credibility, clarity and long term vision.
