Karina Bupp serves at the World Poker Federation as the executive responsible for Member Relations, with a primary focus on national federations. Her role is centered on strengthening the connection between WPF and its affiliated organizations, ensuring alignment, communication and active participation within the Federation’s global structure.

In this capacity, Karina works directly with federations across different regions, supporting their integration into WPF’s international framework and helping them operate within shared standards and principles. Her work is fundamental to maintaining cohesion across countries and reinforcing a unified global network committed to advancing poker through institutional cooperation.

Alongside her responsibilities in Member Relations, Karina is Vice President of the WPF Women’s Committee. In this role, she contributes to initiatives designed to expand participation, visibility and leadership opportunities for women within the global poker community. Her involvement strengthens WPF’s broader commitment to inclusion and representation across all levels of the game.
