It provides a united platform for federations and leaders around the world to collaborate in creating equal opportunities for women in poker. By supporting education, mentorship, and visibility, the Committee not only encourages more women to join the game but also ensures they have the tools to succeed and excel. Its importance lies in fostering an inclusive environment where women can stand as role models, paving the way for a stronger, more diverse, and balanced future for poker."
